HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS
The Salt Chlorinator works with slightly salty pool water (approx. 0.5% per litre).
It produces chlorine from this solution, then it converts to salt again with the help of pool acid, creating a continuous process. When back washing your pool, a small percentage of salt is lost, as a result the salt level needs to be adjusted once or twice a year. An indicator light on the power supply informs you when more salt is required.
